Job Description

 

This position is responsible for the operation of the Asphalt Paver Screed.  Communication with the Paver Operator, truck drivers and general laborers is critical. 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Operate an Asphalt Paver Screed on projects throughout Nebraska. 
  • Perform daily maintenance of Asphalt Paver and related equipment.
  • Perform equipment repairs as needed on Asphalt Paver and related equipment.

Education/Training/Experience:

  • Experience in Asphalt Paver operation is highly desired.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • This position requires a self-starter who is highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Mechanical aptitude is highly desired.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
